Q: What do Port Power and the Legal system have in common?
A: They both offer false hope to the SA community.
The legal system simply needs to compel all Judges and lawyers to abide by the existing Rules of Court that protect defendants from malicious, inappropriate actions. Apparently a tough ask because Judges and lawyers profit by keeping the Courts busy - but at what cost to the community?
Port is not such an easy fix!
