Central School of Art open day 2 sep
The Adelaide Central School of Art will have its open day this Sunday. There will be free life drawing classes, exhibitions, demonstrations of watercolour and printmaking techniques and a jumble sale.

SPRING CONCERT: BRILLIANT DUO PIANISTS, IGOR MACHLAK AND OLGA KHARITONOVA PRESENTED BY RECITALS AUSTRALIA
On Monday September 24, Recitals Australia presents the brilliant duo pianists, Igor Machlak and Olga Kharitonova from Melbourne, at Pilgrim Church, Flinders Street.
Adelaide audiences will have a chance to experience the fine musicianship of Machlak and Kharitonova in a selection of works by Saint-Saëns, Ravel, Arensky and Stravinsky.
Machlak explains “All of the works require a thoroughly virtuosic approach which is in our view not only indicated by technical prowess, but mainly and most importantly, projected by sheer artistic freedom and imagination.”
